No refunds
All our products are digital and access is given instantly after payment, so all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or cancellations once a purchase is complete. Please check the course details, the free preview lessons and the requirements (your own paid Claude subscription) before you buy.
1:1 setup sessions
The 1:1 setup fee is non-refundable. You can reschedule your session by emailing us at least 24 hours before your booked time.
Payment problems
If you were charged twice for the same purchase, or your payment was deducted but access did not open, email us with your payment details and we will either open your access or refund the duplicate / failed charge to your original payment method within 7 working days.
